Return & Exchange Policy

Exchange Window

You may request a size exchange within 7 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Returns

We accept returns only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please raise a request within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.

Conditions

• Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
• All original tags and packaging must be intact
• Products purchased on sale or during a drop-clearance are not eligible for return or exchange

How to Raise a Request

Email support@beatbrownn.com or WhatsApp us at +91 62397 62150 with your order number and photos. Our team will confirm the pickup within 24–48 working hours.

Refunds

Where a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days of us receiving the returned item. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
