Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next working day.

Delivery Timelines

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

• Metro cities: 3–5 business days
• Rest of India: 5–8 business days
• Remote / ODA locations: 8–12 business days

Timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather, festive volumes, or courier delays.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, are displayed at checkout before payment.

Order Tracking

You'll receive a tracking link via email and SMS once your order is dispatched. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to become active.

Cash on Delivery

COD is available on select pin codes and order values. COD availability is confirmed at checkout.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners make up to 3 delivery attempts. Please ensure the delivery address and phone number are accurate and reachable. If the order is undelivered after 3 attempts or refused at the door, it will be returned to us.

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address. Re-shipping charges may apply.

Damaged or Missing Parcels

If your parcel arrives tampered with or damaged, please do not accept it, and email us at support@beatbrownn.com with photos within 24 hours.
